Last updated: May 2026. These terms govern your use of CollisionMatrix. By creating an account you agree to them.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you (the shop account holder) and LatitudeITP Inc. ("LatitudeITP", "we", "us"), the operator of CollisionMatrix. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
CollisionMatrix is a cloud-based shop management platform for collision-repair and auto-body businesses. Features may change over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect your use.
You must be 18 or older and operating a legitimate business to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised access.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to the selected plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, the account becomes inactive unless a payment method is added. Trial data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry.
You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server, or network; upload malicious code; scrape or data-mine the service; resell or sublicense access without written permission; or use the service to store or process data in violation of any applicable privacy law.
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to CollisionMatrix. You grant LatitudeITP a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the service. We do not sell or share your content with third parties, except as described in the Privacy Policy.
CollisionMatrix facilitates customer payments through Stripe. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices issued through the platform. Stripe's terms apply to payment processing. LatitudeITP is not a party to transactions between you and your customers.
CollisionMatrix, including all software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by LatitudeITP and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law. Your licence to use the service is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to your internal business operations.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. Support is provided by email and in-app chat during published support hours.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". LatitudeITP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LatitudeITP's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data will be handled per the retention policy in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
