Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — 30 full days on your chosen plan, no credit card required. If you decide CollisionMatrix isn't right for your shop, just don't add a payment method and your account closes automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged. Your data remains exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
All data is exportable for 30 days after cancellation. After that it is permanently deleted per our PIPEDA-compliant retention policy.
